Prednizone change

Well… she upped my dose of prednizone for a while longer. Hope it helps. We went walking last night to look at the Christmas lights and things got ouchy in places. I know I need to push through the ouchy, but man, there are times when I just really really really don’t want to…

    I hear ya! I’m currently trying to get in as much movement as I can during this non-flare time since lately I don’t seem to go very long without flaring and I want to get some movement in while I feel up to it! Don’t know that I’ll ever loose weight this way, but at least my body will have some moving time which it needs so desperately.
    We’ll keep trying!
