150 to 160 calories of fruit and puffed wheat or puffed rice plus 8 ounces of water thirty minutes before a meal so you eat less at the meal… how is that different than a bowl of cereal, other than a bowl of cereal isn’t usually $1.59 each?
They suggest that this makes you full so you don’t eat as much… but… you do… you just spread the eating out more.
Maybe I was expecting something wildly new or earth shattering rather than… kind of… well, yeah, if you eat more and drink a full glass of water before dinner you won’t be as hungry when you do eat… so the things that we have been told for years kind of holds true…
